The carport & canopy system provides a more stylish solution to coverings and shelters for the home. All carports & canopies are bespoke designed to suit your home and desires for any covering solution required.

With a wide range of colours and roof covering options, the carport & canopy can be designed to the chosen spec. The external frame can be manufactured in a range of stock colours available or even bespoke made to RAL colours.

All engineered with the structurally tested GRP framework, the carport & canopy system is quick to install, pre-cut in house and delivered to the customer in kit form. Meaning less time on site, less to clean up, and minimal disturbance to the homeowner.

FAQs

  • Since carports & canopies are classed as outbuildings they generally fall under ‘permitted development’ rights meaning no planning permission is required.

    A carport or canopy will need planning permission if:

    • It is built on a wall outside of the house's boundary line

    • It covers more than 50% of the land around the original house (not including later extensions)

    • It has an eaves height above 2.5m and a maximum height of 4m

    • It includes verandas, balconies or raised platforms

  • Typically, an experienced fitter will be able to fit the carport and canopy in 1-2 days.

  • No, the carport & canopy system can be installed under any weather circumstances.

  • The carport & canopy system is delivered to site in kit form. This means that all profiles and posts are cut to size, all required bracketry and hardware is included, and all required tiles are counted and packaged to fit the roof.

  • All carport & canopies are designed bespoke to the job. Meaning, bespoke sizes, bespoke tile colour or roof covering, even bespoke colour on the frame, guttering, fascia's and more.

    We also offer the ability for an electrician to fit electrical lighting through out the system.

  • GRP stands for Glass Reinforced Plastic. It is an incredibly lightweight but strong material that can offer plenty of benefits to the homeowner such as less maintenance and a long lasting structure.
